Commencing three times a year (Feb, Jun and Oct), the Pride Kettlebells & Cross-training 8 Week challenge is the most anticipated program we run.
For 8 weeks participants are introduced and inducted into the famous Whole9 Paleo nutrition program and exposed to a total of 7 hours a week of carefully structured group training activities. All in the aid of developing the best possible body composition and health they can in 56 days.
It’s a group exercise class that combines a number of full body, functional exercises into a circuit that leave you wrecked…but TOTALLY convinced that it’s awesome all at the same time!
These classes are absolutely the best for stripping body fat, keeping muscle tone, exploring new and exciting exercises (under a safe and monitored environment) and just getting you downright FIT!
