Private Coaching Sessions

Because you have unique goals, your fitness regime should reflect your individual needs and interests. You already have the desire to improve your fitness, however, you may require guidance along the way.

8 Week Challenge

Commencing three times a year (Feb, Jun and Oct), the Pride Kettlebells & Cross-training 8 Week challenge is the most anticipated program we run.

For 8 weeks participants are introduced and inducted into the famous Whole9 Paleo nutrition program and exposed to a total of 7 hours a week of carefully structured group training activities. All in the aid of developing the best possible body composition and health they can in 56 days.

Blast Metabolic Conditioning classes

It’s a group exercise class that combines a number of full body, functional exercises into a circuit that leave you wrecked…but TOTALLY convinced that it’s awesome all at the same time!

These classes are absolutely the best for stripping body fat, keeping muscle tone, exploring new and exciting exercises (under a safe and monitored environment) and just getting you downright FIT!

Paleo Nutrition and the Whole9

Pride Kettlebells and Cross-training are proud affiliates of the Whole9 from the USA. We not only run effective strength and conditioning programs, but have also implemented the Whole9 Nutrition Guide for use with all of our members. We provide our clients with a comprehensive, well-rounded program designed to optimize their health and fitness results.
